A mixed use development in Kensington, London, previously a public house. The new build comprised of 2 commercial units with 11 high specification apartments on the above 3 floors.
The project was subject to exceptionally restrictive planning constraints, but granted following 4 years negotiation.
All feasibility, design, planning, and construction was run in house. Construction Cost: c. £8m

The refurbishment of The Restaurant at the Royal Academy of Arts. New lighting design & installation, layout design & supply & wall configuration of framed artwork.
Tom Dixon furniture was specified throughout. As part of the design were bespoke cabinets to house RA sculptural pieces to act as partitions within the space.
Research conducted on site at the Royal Academy’s archives to select sculptures & paintings.

A high-specification new build, Dovetail House, is a functional family home and an exercise in the application of colour and texture with an indoor-outdoor connection.

Full refurbishment of a 3 bedroomed house in a gated mews. A complete layout re-design was implemented to include staff facilities, children’s bedroom, large open plan kitchen & living space, master bedroom with open plan dressing area and en-suite. The specification was high end luxury with a modern approach.
A prominent feature was the pre-cast concrete spiral staircase which links the ground floor up to the second floor. The palette of materials ranges from concrete, stone, wood, Eco-glass, lacquer, metal all within the white hues.

The project is a full refurbishment of existing 4 storey house for a private client. The design is of a contemporary approach with a warm rich palette with an emphasis of dark woods & marble finishes.
Responsibilities included designing & managing the project from inception through to completion including the ‘Post Occupancy’ stage.
